ROC Cloudy will use its best efforts to meet those delivery times in every case. ROC Cloudy will not have any liability to you if it fails to satisfy in whole or in part the scheduled delivery time. Please note that if the courier company has to re-deliver the goods to you, ROC Cloudy will not be responsible for any additional charges and any additional charges will be your responsibility and will be added to the credit card charge.
