Returns
Not quite what you were after? Locello offers a 30 day return policy from date of purchase if you decide to change your mind.
To start a return the product must first meet the below conditions:-
- The product must be in its original packaging condition.
- Product must have all tags, including any Locello swing tags, attached.
Australian Returns
For international returns see here. For Australian order we can organise a return label for you, a flat rate of $8 dollar will be deducted for change of mind returns. Alternatively, you may organise your own return postage service. Please be advised that if you use your own postage service Locello will not be liable for any transit loss or damages.
Return process
- Please contact us via Instant Chat Box and provide the below
- Order number
- Provide a reason for return
- Include image of the product and packaging
- Advise if you would like a refund or store credit
- One of our friendly customer service team members will provide you with a prepaid returns label unless you specify that you will organise your own return.
- Take it to your local post office to return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If the item is returned in its original state we will issue you with a refund or store credit.
Refund
A full refund for the returned items minus the cost to return the items will be provided back to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days of receipt of item. Full refund will be provided if the customer organised their own postage service.
Store Credit
A store credit will be provided for the original total order value. This will be sent out instantly once returns have been inspected and confirmed.
If you opted for a Store credit we will send this out instantly once everything has been authorised.

International Returns
For international returns the customer will need to organise their own postage service to return goods. Note Locello will not be liable for any transit loss or damanges it is up to the organiser to arrange insurance at their discretion.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
