Deliveries during Covid-19

During this time of uncertainty, we are working with our delivery partners to both ensure parcels arrive in the safest way possible and that you, our customers are informed with the latest delivery information.

Below, we've noted the latest changes:-

Deliveries Australia
At present, deliveries are handled by Australia Post you should expect minimal impact with delivery times. However, due to higher volumes of online shopping, we currently estimate a 2-7 business day timeframe for deliveries.¹

Deliveries International

Your deliveries are managed by DHL, we have been advised to extend our delivery timeframes due to limitation with available flights. Deliveries can be from 7-14 business days for most countries.¹

Same Business Day Dispatch

All orders will be dispatched same business day when placed before 2pm AEST/AEDT. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Free Shipping

*Australian orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Items will be delivered between 2-5 business days from dispatch.¹ Express shipping is also available at $4 when you order over $100.

Standard Shipping
Is $8 for orders under $100. Estimated delivery is between 2-5 business days.¹

Express Shipping
Is $12 for orders under $100. Estimated delivery is between 1-2 business days from dispatch of goods.¹

International Shipping
Standard Shipping
International orders start from $20.00 flat rate² International Shipping Available with Tracking ID. Estimated delivery is between 5-7business days from dispatch.¹

Express Shipping
Unfortunately, express shipping is not yet available. We are still looking for a suitable shipping partner.

Taxes & Duties
  • All applicable customs and import duties are calculated by the Country and the responsibility of the customer to pay.  Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Australia.
  • Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your order. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your order, and in unusual cases may delay delivery.

Using Afterpay you can pay for your order over 8 weeks. There's no interest or added fees. Payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in four equal payments each fortnight over 8 weeks, and you will receive your order immediately. When using a promo code this must be applied to the order before continuing to the next step.




The funds for the first payment will need to be available on the card at the time of checkout. If you are a new Afterpay customer payment will be made at the time of purchase, with payments over the next 6 weeks. Existing Afterpay customers first payment will be made in 14 days, with payments over 8 weeks. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at time of purchase.

If you wish to return your goods you can choose to receive an exchange, or the Afterpay payment plan can be cancelled. If you fail to make a payment you will be charged a late payment fee of $10 and an incremental $7 late fee for each week the order is overdue.

There is no waiting and we’ll ship out your order immediately as normal.
